Data is only valuable when it is accessible and organized. Over the last few months, we have released several updates to capture more granular data, from e-commerce events to lead generation signals.
Now, we are updating our dashboards to help you visualize that data effectively. We are introducing new widgets, a dedicated tab for conversions, and powerful filtering capabilities.
Beyond e-commerce
Previously, our standard dashboards focused heavily on e-commerce metrics like orders and revenue. However, many of our customers operate on sales-led or product-led growth models.
We are expanding our dashboard capabilities to support these use cases. If you also operate on these models, you will now find dedicated widgets for:
-
Lead generation
Track the volume and performance of captured leads.
-
Sign-ups
Monitor new account creations and user growth directly in your dashboard.
These additions allow you to track your primary KPIs, whether they are revenue, leads, or users, without custom events and goals.
A home for your goals
As we added more metrics, our dashboards became denser. To maintain clarity and organization, we created a new Conversions tab and moved all goal-related widgets to this specific area.
This change centralizes your key results, such as orders, revenue, leads, and sign-ups, allowing you to focus on conversion performance without the noise of general engagement metrics.
Segmented analysis
Averages often hide the most important insights. To help you understand how different user groups behave, we added an audience filter to workspace and application dashboards.
You can now filter your entire dashboard view by any existing audience. Whether you need to analyze the conversion rate of mobile users, the average ticket of a specific campaign, or the engagement of returning visitors, you can now slice the data instantly to find the answers.
Available now
These updates are live for all accounts, from free to paid plans. We designed them to give you a clearer view of your performance, regardless of your business model.
