Recently, we introduced automatic click tracking. Capturing this granular data is just the beginning. To help you analyze content consumption and interface interaction instantly, we added new widgets to your dashboards.
Session duration
This widget shows how long users typically browse during their sessions. Instead of focusing only on visits or conversions, this metric helps you understand how they engage with your content.
Analyzing how sessions are distributed across these ranges helps you identify whether users tend to leave early or continue exploring the website.
Clicks
This widget shows how often users interact with your content by measuring clicks. It provides two primary metrics:
- Sessions with click: The percentage of sessions in which at least one click occurred.
- Average clicks per session: The average number of clicks performed during each session.
Together, these metrics help you understand whether your interface encourages exploration, supports navigation, and invites users to take action.
Contextual analysis
Data is most useful when tied to a specific context. You can use these widgets to evaluate behavior across different levels of your application:
-
Workspace
Analyze the general engagement across your pages.
-
Experience
Understand how a specific personalized experience impacts reading flow and interactions.
-
Experiment
Compare how changes in design, layout, or messaging across different variants influence user interaction and scroll depth.
The SDK automatically tracks the events that feed these widgets, requiring zero manual configuration on your end.
