# Product update: everything we launched in October

Most of what we shipped in October came out of watching people work in the platform and hearing where it slowed them down.

Two new features and a round of improvements to things you already use every day.

## Audience match rates

The audience list now shows the share of users who matched each audience over the last 30 days.

![Audience match rates](https://storage.googleapis.com/croct-assets-b931d070/blog/audience_list_93a79bd98d/audience_list_93a79bd98d.png "Audience match rates")

You no longer have to open your dashboards to find out whether it's worth investing your team's time in new personalized experiences: the audiences that are actually reaching people are visible at a glance, and the ones that have gone quiet are just as easy to spot.

## Preview for slot content

Preview used to cover experience and experiment content for a chosen audience. It now covers slot content too, so you can check default and fallback content on your site, and review draft changes to a running experience while users continue to see the published version.

Preview links stay valid for 24 hours and can be shared with people who don't have a Croct account. [Read the full write-up](/post/content-preview.md).

## Rich text and date-time fields

Content attributes can now hold rich text, with Markdown output for bold, italic, strikethrough, inline code, links, images, headings, quotes, unordered and ordered lists, and code blocks.

There are also new date-time fields covering local date, local time, local datetime, zoned datetime, and instant. Between them, a lot of content that used to need a workaround now has a field that fits it. Learn more about it [here](/post/rich-text-date-time-fields.md).

## What's better

A few improvements worth knowing about:

- **Notifications for content and experience changes**

You'll get an email and an in-app notification when someone updates content or audiences, or publishes or pauses an experience. Experiment status changes and volume alerts go out by email as well. If you've ever found out about a change by noticing it in production, this is for you.

- **Descriptions and documentation links everywhere**

Every resource and feature now carries a detailed description with a link straight to the relevant documentation, so you can find out what something does without digging through it.

- **PII is marked in the attribute list**

Personally identifiable attributes now show an icon in the user's attribute list, which makes it obvious at a glance which data needs careful handling.

- **More room to edit**

Content drawers are larger, so editing longer content no longer means working through a narrow column.

- **Clearer content group labels**

Content group labels now say what they mean, which should cut down on second-guessing when you're setting up variations.

## What's next?

Besides two new huge features, we're continuing to work through the rough edges you tell us about, so keep the feedback coming.
